At the crossroads between a restaurant, market and wine bar, this project offers a wholesome, laid back and welcoming experience to its clients. The refined brutalist decor plays with contrasts overlaying rough materials to more refined ones. The environment reflects well the restaurant kitchen’s philosophy, which offers modern cooking whilst always respecting and bringing forward the entire produce. A spectacular double height wine cellar welcomes patrons around which many different smaller spaces are arranged. The intention behind this was to affirm one of the most important vocation in house: great wine.
