Located on Montreal’s industrial Notre-Dame West, GRINDER celebrates the art, architecture, and food of global street culture, as well as the history of the restaurant’s Griffintown location. Atelier Zébulon Perron organized the restaurant into a series of intricately coordinated maze-like spaces that create a sense of discovery at every turn. Each room balances the interplay of lush and gritty moments found in urban street life.  Ornate, old world design, modern finishes, and state-of-the-art technology create a layered, luxurious, and immersive environment.
