MONTREAL PLAZA is beloved for its quirky, comfortable charm and dishes featuring ingredients sourced from the nearby Jean-Talon Market in Montreal. When owners Cheryl Johnson and Charles-Antoine Crête wished to bring their avant-garde creations to life three-dimensionally, they approached Atelier Zébulon Perron to preserve the familiarity of their food, but imagined as something new.  Quirky details abound, such as the inverted doll’s house suspended from the ceiling, juxtaposed against the main dining room’s warmth, with a wide-plank wood flooring and green and white concrete tiles surrounding the bar area, encapsulating the whimsy and freshness of the food, making this one of Montreal’s top-rated restaurants and most coveted reservations.
